STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The purpose of the Baldwin Elementary PTO Executive Board includes the following:
- To serve as the Site Council for Baldwin Elementary Schools, in accordance of Kansas state law.
- To make decisions regarding the PTO programming offered during the course of each school year.
- To oversee the budget as related to above-referenced annual programming.
- To commit to a minimum of four in-person meetings per year (held in September, November, February, and May), as well as be available for other meetings and/or votes when needed (whether this be in-person or electronic in nature).
STATEMENT OF GOVERNANCE
The Executive Board will consist of no less than 7 members and shall not exceed 11 members. Ideally, members of the Executive Board will consist of both Primary Center and Intermediate Center representation.
