Any sophomore or junior interested in attending Rotary Youth Leadership Camp is welcome to see Mrs. Hoffsommer for an application ASAP. The camp will be June 2-6, held on the KU Campus, and only costs students $25. The Baldwin Rotary Club will pick up the rest of the cost of the camp. Students get to stay in a KU dorm and those who attend will have the opportunity to learn leadership and team building skills. Applications are due Tuesday, May 21, 2013.
The Community Blood Center will be taking blood donations here at BHS on Monday, July 1st. Please see Mrs. Cook to sign up for a spot. Blood donors are even more rare during the summer than during the school year, so your donation is critical to save lives. Please plan to join us on July 1st.
Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors will need to clean out their lockers before leaving school for the summer break. Locker clean out will be on Wednesday, May 22nd. You will be assigned a new locker next year. Any items left in lockers will be discarded during the summer.
