Jamie Cox
District 1, Term ends: January 2028
Jamie Cox has lived in Baldwin City with her family since 2014. During that time, they have fully immersed themselves in the community and feel incredibly grateful to call Baldwin City home.
Jamie serves as the Chief Financial Officer of her family business and holds an Undergraduate degree in Psychology as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She and her husband, Ryan, have four children who are actively involved in school activities and throughout the Baldwin community.
Much of Jamie’s free time is spent driving children to activities and cheering from the sidelines at soccer games, dance performances, and tumbling competitions. When she’s not on the go, she enjoys curling up with a good book or spending time outdoors…preferably in warm weather.
Jamie has felt called to serve her community through the school board for many years. As a strong advocate for both general and special education, she believes this role allows her to best contribute her time, voice, and advocacy in support of students, families, and educators.

Mindy King
District 2, Term ends: January 2028
Mindy King is a lifelong resident of Baldwin City and a USD 348 graduate. She is a Reading Specialist in a neighboring district and has a diverse background in K-12 public education for over ten years. Mindy holds a masters degree in Reading instruction and has an endorsement in English as a second language.
She and her husband Jay have three children, all attending (or will soon attend) Baldwin City Schools. When not working she enjoys spending her free time attending community events, cooking, DIY projects, and spending time outdoors with family.
Because of her deep roots in Baldwin City, Mindy wanted to serve on the board to continue the support of students, teachers, and community members for the common goal of student success in the areas of academics, behavior and social-emotional needs. #BaldwinBuilt
