USD 348 Non-Resident Enrollment Form
The current approved board policy for Baldwin City USD 348 out of district transfer requests can be found in Board Docs under Policy JBCC.
Applications for out-of-district transfers will be accepted through June 15, 2025. Determinations for the 2025-26 school year will be announced by July 15th, 2025.
The number of openings for non-resident transfers varies by grade level, and the number of opening for the 2024-25 school year are as follows:

Out-of-district transfer students who are accepted must remain in good standing with the district/schools to continue enrollment for the following school year. Further information can be found in the approved board policy (linked here).
Non-resident Students who attended USD 348 schools during the 2024-25 school year, and who remain in good standing per state and board policies will not be required to reapply this summer.
